Who is the cohort for?

Built on the LeadAthoN™ framework, our interactive, outcome-focused meetings let you pre-book a slot when it suits you, giving you the flexibility to put your business first. It’s best suited to those seeking a fresh approach to business networking, who value flexible participation over mandatory attendance and believe in building and owning their network.
How is this different from the networking groups I’ve already tried?
Most formats ask for regular attendance and leave the rest to chance. The LeadAthoN™ framework is designed so participants can give and receive recommendations in the same session. And you meet a curated set of relevant business owners each time, not the same circle every week.
How much time does it take each month?
About 4 hours for the two ArcMeets: around 90 minutes online and about 2.5 hours in person. Socials run from 2 to 6 hours. You choose what to attend, though regular members tend to get recommended more.
What happens after I pay?
We review your profile within 3 working days. If you’re admitted, you’ll receive your personal invite on WhatsApp.
What if I’m not admitted?
You’ll receive a full refund, including GST, within 7 working days.
Can I join from any city?
Yes. Online ArcMeets are pan-India, and LeadBoard connects you with requirements from members across the country. Local ArcMeets and socials currently run in Bengaluru.
What do I get on the NetSpire app as a cohort member?

Is there a free option?

Meeting fees are separate from membership:
- Online ArcMeets are ₹499 per meeting, including GST.
- Local ArcMeets carry a venue fee of ₹800–₹1,200, depending on the venue, plus GST where applicable.
- At socials, everyone pays for their own.
If you cancel before the stated cutoff, your meeting fee is refunded. If we cancel a meeting, it’s refunded in full.
