Change Makers Cohort

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Admission. Payment of ₹5,900 (₹5,000 + 18% GST) registers you for consideration in the Change Makers Cohort, operated by Joy Decoded. Admissions are curated. If your registration is not accepted, your payment will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

2. No refunds after admission. Once your seat is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of Joy Decoded.

3. Confidentiality. The cohort provides early access to unreleased material, concepts, and offerings. By registering, you agree not to share, publish, reproduce, or disclose any cohort content, materials, or details with anyone outside the cohort until they are made public by Joy Decoded.

4. Intellectual property. All content, frameworks, methods, and materials shared within the cohort remain the exclusive intellectual property of Joy Decoded. Participation grants no license to reproduce, teach, resell, or commercialize them.

5. Communications. You consent to receive cohort-related communication via the email and phone/WhatsApp number provided at registration.

6. Program changes. Schedules, formats, and deliverables of the cohort may be adjusted; confirmed members will be informed of any material changes in advance.

7. Invoicing. A GST invoice will be issued to the name and GSTIN (if provided) at registration.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
