Ownership
LeadAthoN™ is an original structured lead-generation programme designed and developed by Kiran Chandrashekar. All content on this website and all materials associated with the LeadAthoN programme are the intellectual property of JOY DECODED CONSULTING and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws of India and international conventions.
What is protected
This includes, but is not limited to:
- the LeadAthoN programme design, structure, sequence and process flow;
- the “Lead Generator Hackathon” forms, templates, worksheets and their field structures;
- seating formats, participant grouping and coding methods, and lead-card circulation systems;
- facilitation scripts, facilitator guides, rules, etiquettes and best-practice guidelines;
- presentations, slides, diagrams, illustrations, training content and event documentation;
- the LeadAthoN™ name, logo and associated branding; and
- all text, graphics and content published on this website.
Prohibited use
Without prior written permission from JOY DECODED CONSULTING, no person or organisation may:
- conduct, replicate or adapt the LeadAthoN programme or its materials, in whole or in part, under any name;
- reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from LeadAthoN materials;
- present the LeadAthoN programme or any substantial part of it as their own or as independently developed; or
- use the LeadAthoN™ name or branding, or any confusingly similar name, in connection with any event, programme or service.
Renaming, repackaging or partially modifying the programme does not change its origin or make it authorised.
Authorised use and licensing
Organisations wishing to conduct LeadAthoN for their members may do so only under a formal Memorandum of Understanding or licence agreement with JOY DECODED CONSULTING, with proper attribution and on agreed terms. Concessional arrangements may be considered for non-profit organisations.

Any authorised reference to or use of LeadAthoN must carry the attribution:

Reporting unauthorised use
If you become aware of any unauthorised use, reproduction or imitation of LeadAthoN, please report it to kiraanchandrashekar@gmail.com
Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. JOY DECODED CONSULTING reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any infringement, unauthorised use or misrepresentation of its intellectual property. Any delay or omission in enforcing these rights shall not be construed as a waiver of them.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
