What We Ask of You:

LeadAthon works because everyone in the room treats it as work.

The format only delivers when every participant arrives ready to give as much as they hope to receive. Two simple commitments make that possible.

Commitment 1

Be in the Room, On Time

Punctuality is not a politeness issue at LeadAthon; it is a structural one.

The conclave opens with a synchronized framing that calibrates the entire room. Late arrivals miss the calibration and break the rhythm for everyone else.

Step in earlier if you want to open conversations over coffee.

Commitment 2

Stay for the Full Arc:

Start to finish. Uninterrupted.

LeadAthon is a designed sequence: framing → calibration → generation → validation → activation.

Each phase builds on the one before it. Leaving mid-sequence means leaving with raw material instead of finished outcomes and removing yourself from someone else’s pipeline mid-build.

If your calendar will not allow a full window of attention, the next edition may serve you better.
