Welcome to LeadAthoN Business Conclave, hosted by Joy Decoded. By participating in LeadAthoN, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as a participant and the guidelines for a successful and ethical engagement.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Participation: By registering for LeadAthoN, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business. Participation is open to business owners and their authorized representatives.

2. Event Admission: Your ticket to LeadAthoN grants you access to the specific “LeadAthoN” event only as per the event you have registered for. Ensure you carry a valid ID for verification.

3. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 5 days before the event will be eligible for a 50%refund. To cancel your registration, please contact our support team.

2. Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another business owner 5 days before the event. You must inform the organizers from Joy Decoded about the transaction and provide the details of the new attendee.

3. Substitute Attendance: Alternatively, you may send a substitute to represent your business at the conclave. Ensure that the substitute carries proper authorization and identification.

Business Authenticity and Validation

1. Authenticity: Participants must be truthful and transparent about their business operations. Any misrepresentation may lead to disqualification from the event and future LeadAthoN events.

2. Due Diligence: It is the responsibility of each participant to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business transactions with other attendees. Validate the authenticity of the other participants’ businesses independently.

Liability and Ethical Practices

1. Platform Role: Joy Decoded and LeadAthoN serve as an innovative platform to facilitate connections among business owners. We promote ethical business practices but do not validate or endorse any business opportunities or transactions.

2. Transactional Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for any transactions, agreements, or business engagements made during or after the conclave. Joy Decoded and LeadAthoN cannot be held liable for any damages, breach of trust, or transactional issues that may arise.

3. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, participants are encouraged to resolve them amicably. Joy Decoded does not mediate or arbitrate disputes among participants.
